About the Course

Module 5 expands the focus beyond the individual to long-term impact. Participants explore how cycles are passed down—through behavior, communication, environment, and belief systems—and how they can intentionally break that chain.

Facilitators should guide reflection on family patterns, relational dynamics, and the broader influence participants have on others (children, partners, communities). Encourage participants to define the legacy they want to create moving forward.

This module is both reflective and forward-looking. It emphasizes responsibility, choice, and the power of modeling change.

The facilitator’s role is to help participants consolidate their growth, recognize their transformation, and commit to sustaining it beyond the program.

By the end of this module, participants should feel empowered not only to maintain their own change, but to prevent the cycle from continuing into future generations.
