About the Course
Module 4 is focused on interruption, however, interrupting a behavior creates a gap—but lasting change requires filling that gap with something intentional. This module focuses on building new, healthier patterns to replace the old cycle.
Facilitators guide participants in identifying aligned behaviors, habits, and responses that support their new beliefs and desired outcomes. Emphasize that replacement must be practical, sustainable, and personally meaningful.
Support participants in experimenting with new actions and refining what works for them. Reinforce consistency and celebrate small wins.
The facilitator’s role is to help participants move from theory into embodied practice—turning insight into action.
By the end of this module, participants should have a clear set of replacement behaviors they are actively integrating into their daily lives.
