MODULE 3: FACILITATOR
Price
$10
Duration
8 Classes - Self Paced
About the Course
Module 3 is about disrupting the cycle in real time. Awareness and belief work have prepared participants to recognize patterns; now they must learn to pause and interrupt them before they fully play out.
Facilitators should teach practical interruption strategies—mental, emotional, and physical techniques that create space between trigger and response. This may include breathwork, pattern recognition cues, grounding exercises, or decision checkpoints.
Encourage participants to practice these tools consistently and share their experiences. Normalize setbacks as part of the learning process.
The facilitator’s role is to reinforce that interruption is a skill that strengthens with repetition—not perfection.
By the end of this module, participants should feel more capable of catching themselves in the moment and choosing not to continue automatic behaviors.
