About the Course

Module 2 focuses and shifts from surface behavior to underlying belief systems. Participants explore the internal narratives, assumptions, and identities that fuel their cycles. The facilitator’s role is to help uncover these beliefs and gently challenge their validity.

This requires deeper emotional work. Facilitators should guide participants in identifying limiting beliefs, tracing their origins, and examining how they’ve been reinforced over time. Introduce reframing techniques and help participants begin constructing healthier, more empowering beliefs.

The tone here should balance compassion with accountability—supporting participants while also encouraging them to question long-held assumptions.

By the end of this module, participants should begin to loosen their attachment to old beliefs and open themselves to new ways of thinking.
